11月14日，对外经济贸易大学国际商学院来自阿曼、埃塞俄比亚、阿尔及利亚、德国、柬埔寨、津巴布韦、科摩罗、老挝、卢旺达、马拉维、缅甸、尼日利亚、瑙鲁、塞拉利昂、沙特阿拉伯、塔吉克斯坦、坦桑尼亚、泰国、乌干达、伊朗、约旦、赞比亚等20余个国家和地区的国际项目学员代表走进我会副会长、GIT分会常务副会长单位IBI国联股份，开展“校企赋能 跨境共赢”专题交流活动。

对外经济贸易大学国际商学院党委书记王铁栋、副院长王智慧携专家教师团队；国联股份创始人、首席执行官钱晓钧携副总裁邵召军，CNAUTO/丝路云链CNHUB CEO张伟，CNAUTO执行总裁许建，跨境战略规划部总经理Ghulam Qadir等相关负责人参与交流，双方围绕“一带一路”背景下跨境贸易新范式展开深度研讨，旨在通过校企协同、国际联动，探索AI赋能数字经济时代跨境贸易创新路径，推动商贸数字化升级与国际产业链高效协同。交流会由国联股份总裁助理梁可文主持。

On November 14, international program students from the UIBE Business School—representing more than 20 countries and regions including Oman, Ethiopia, Algeria, Germany, Cambodia, Zimbabwe, Comoros, Laos, Rwanda, Malawi, Myanmar, Nigeria, Nauru, Sierra Leone, Saudi Arabia, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Thailand, Uganda, Iran, Jordan, and Zambia—visited IBI and participated in the thematic exchange event titled “University–Enterprise Empowerment, Cross-Border Win-Win.”

Wang Tiedong, Secretary of the Party Committee of the UIBE Business School, and Wang Zhihui, Associate Dean of the School, led a team of faculty experts. From IBI, Founder and CEO Qian Xiaojun, Vice President Shao Zhaojun, Zhang Wei—CEO of CNAUTO and Silk Road Cloud Chain (CNHUB), Xu Jian—Executive President of CNAUTO, and Ghulam Qadir—General Manager of IBI’s Cross-border Strategic Planning Department and Vice President of Toodudu, joined the exchange. Both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on emerging cross-border trade paradigms under the Belt and Road framework, aiming to explore AI-empowered innovation paths in the digital economy era, promote digital transformation in commerce, and enhance collaboration across international industrial chains through university–enterprise synergy and global partnership.The session was moderated by Liang Kewen, Assistant to the President of IBI.

IBI Founder and CEO Qian Xiaojun, Wang Tiedong—Secretary of the Party Committee of the UIBE Business School, and Zhu Xiaolan—Chair of the APAC Trade Services Advisory Committee of the World Trade Centers Association (WTCA), delivered keynote remarks. Speaking from the perspectives of enterprise practice, academic mission, and international resource integration, they highlighted the core value and cooperation vision of this event, emphasizing that driving innovation in cross-border trade models amid digital globalization is essential for advancing high-quality economic cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative.

分享环节，CNAUTO、丝路云链CNHUB CEO张伟带来《国联股份产业带跨境出海实践案例分享》，系统介绍国联股份在产业数字化与跨境业务融合中的创新实践，展示AI技术赋能跨境贸易的具体场景与落地成效，为与会嘉宾提供了可借鉴、可推广的数字化路径参考。

In the sharing session, Zhang Wei, CEO of CNAUTO and Silk Road Cloud Chain (CNHUB), presented “IBI’s Cross-Border Industrial Belt Practice,” systematically outlining IBI’s innovative integration of industrial digitalization with cross-border business. He highlighted concrete application scenarios and real-world outcomes of AI-empowered cross-border trade, offering replicable and scalable digital solutions for global participants.

高峰对话环节由CNAUTO执行总裁许建主持，对外经济贸易大学国际商学院党委书记王铁栋，老挝工商联主席Phouxay Thepphavong，赞比亚财政部经济学者Lifalalo Auxillia，国联股份副总裁邵召军，CNAUTO CEO、丝路云链CNHUB总经理张伟，涂多多副总裁、跨境战略规划部总经理、巴基斯坦驻华大使馆原商务参赞Ghulam Qadir等嘉宾共同参与，围绕“从多维视角看‘一带一路’国际市场跨境新范式”展开深度交流。对话从政策、学术、产业、国际协作等多角度切入，为“一带一路”沿线国家跨境贸易的创新发展提供了系统性的思路与解决方案。

Discussions provided systematic insights and solutions aimed at advancing innovative cross-border trade development across Belt and Road countries.

This exchange event successfully established a platform for university–enterprise collaboration and international engagement, achieving consensus in multiple areas. Moving forward, IBI will continue to leverage its strengths in industrial digitalization to deepen cooperation with UIBE—using industry practice to enrich academic research, and academic insight to guide industrial innovation. Together, both sides aim to drive global trade digitalization, further university–enterprise empowerment, achieve cross-border win-win outcomes, and contribute to an open and inclusive global trade ecosystem under the Belt and Road Initiative.
